Valentina Papagna: Pre-Warning – Prophecy of the Red Crosses

Recently, Jesus gave the visionary Valentina Papagna a message in which He stated that before the great events of the world’s purification, there would be a “pre-warning.” That is, before the Warning and the Miracle, there will be a massive, human-driven event on Earth that He is planning. In this video, I want to tell you about the pre-warning of the red crosses that will spread across the earth, which Jesus revealed to Valentina Papagna. Valentina Papagna is a respected visionary within contemporary prophetic Catholicism.

Born in Slovenia, she emigrated to Sydney, Australia, in 1955. Since childhood, she has experienced supernatural manifestations that would shape her life. The mystic has received messages from Jesus Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary, and these messages contain serious warnings about the course of humanity and the future of the world.

The Church’s current stance on Valentina Papagna is one of prudent, vigilant tolerance. The Archdiocese of Sydney has not issued any official condemnation or prohibition against her. For decades, her institutional support came from her spiritual and parish director, the Franciscan priest Father Valery Anjenko. Following his passing, the mystic has continued her work in obedience to the priests of her local community. Yet, despite the desolate panorama of empty churches, the revelations to Valentina Papagna offer a beacon of hope. Jesus Christ revealed to her that amidst widespread apostasy, a small remnant of the faithful remains firm. This group is made up of simple people who hold onto the true faith and practice constant prayer in their homes. The mystic explains that these faithful souls are spiritually united through the daily recitation of the Holy Rosary. Our Lord comforted her by revealing that this remnant acts as a true protective shield for all humanity.

It is precisely their prayers and hidden sacrifices that hold back the imminent punishments the nations deserve. Every time the world edges closer to its own destruction, Heaven looks upon this small group and grants a little more grace. The Virgin Mary assured her that the power of a single soul in a state of grace, praying with devotion, is capable of transforming the enemy’s plans.

In 2006, angels showed Valentina the existence of a kind of spiritual barrier in the oceans. These mystical barriers contain the force of the great waters, preventing them from destroying inhabited coasts. However, the visionary warns that if humanity does not repent, these barriers will be gradually withdrawn by divine order. The removal of these invisible protections will unleash a series of volcanic eruptions and tsunamis of unprecedented proportions. Furthermore, Jesus Christ explained to her that the earthquakes and extreme weather events already being observed are not simple natural phenomena. Every alteration of nature serves as a desperate call and a voice from Heaven to shake the indifference of the living.

The earth itself moans and experiences pain due to the weight of violence and the lack of faith in modern societies. These physical upheavals will be the last visible resource of divine justice to make humanity look toward Heaven before the great events unfold.

Recently, on May 3, 2026, at the beginning of Holy Mass, the Lord expressed His profound pain over people’s blindness to the need for repentance, and over the advance of evil. He announced that a major global event would take place to shake consciences. In preparation for this event, He revealed a detail not mentioned in other prophecies: He is orchestrating the distribution of red crosses all over the planet.

Jesus told her, “They will be distributed all over the world; they will be displayed in public places, in stores, and in homes.” In a message dated April 26, 2026, Jesus showed her a wooden cross, approximately 25 centimeters long, painted red with purple edges. The distribution of these crosses will be carried out by people—priests, the faithful, and prayer groups—who make them or order them to be made. This means that prior to the Warning, there may be a widespread movement to install crosses in homes and other visible places. Therefore, the movement to massively install these crosses will become the preamble to the Great Warning.

The prophecy of the red crosses has a theological background rooted in Sacred Scripture. In mystical tradition, the color red directly evokes the blood spilled by Christ on Calvary and the mystery of our redemption. It also represents martyrdom and the courage of the faithful who remain firm in times of persecution. By spreading these red wooden crosses, Our Lord responds to the widespread rejection that the cross suffers in the modern world. In His message on May 3, 2026, He emphasized, “The cross is victorious; without My cross, you cannot be redeemed.”

Many faithful also see a parallel between these crosses and biblical passages, such as the blood of the lamb on the doorposts during the Exodus to protect against the destroying angel, or the Tau cross marked on the foreheads of the righteous in the Book of Ezekiel. It is interpreted that these red crosses, placed visibly in homes and public places, will act as a sign of faith and consecration in preparation for the Great Warning and the luminous cross that will appear in the sky.

Following the stage of the red crosses on Earth, the central event of the prophecy will take place. Jesus Christ announced to Valentina Papagna that He would soon send a definitive and majestic signal directly from Heaven. A great, shining, luminous cross will suddenly appear in the firmament. This supernatural manifestation will be of such immense magnitude that it will be visible to all inhabitants of the world at the same time. This glorious sign will be engraved in the sky, and no human power will be able to erase it. The visual and spiritual impact of this event will cause an immediate and massive reaction across the globe. People will be struck by deep commotion and a holy fear, and humanity will understand that God truly exists.

The appearance of the great luminous cross in the sky will mark a decisive moment for humanity, and it is closely related to the Great Warning announced in the Garabandal apparitions. Jesus Christ revealed to Valentina Papagna that a major event will soon take place to make people realize their urgent need to repent. This event will act as a miniature judgment, in which each person will see the real state of their own soul before the eyes of God.

Through this, humanity will understand the gravity of their sins, the immense pain caused to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and how much we offend Him by our actions. In that moment of supernatural clarity, souls will feel deep contrition, weep for their sins, and beg for divine mercy. The luminous cross will serve as a visible and powerful sign accompanying this interior grace, leading to a massive conversion across the planet. Our Lord emphasizes that this event is part of His preparation for a new era of peace, which is already very close.

So far, it is clear that the great events of the world’s purification, such as the Warning, will not happen without notice. Jesus Christ told Valentina Papagna that a luminous cross will appear in the sky to accompany the interior grace of the Warning, or the illumination of conscience. But before that, there will be pre-warnings—and one of them will be the distribution of red crosses all over the world.
